Our Terms Of Service:

Welcome to 2X Elite Detailing LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking or receiving any detailing service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure fairness, professionalism, and the highest level of service for every customer.

 
Appointments & Cancellations
We kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a $100 no-show fee, charged to the card on file.

If weather or other unforeseen issues prevent service, we’ll reschedule at no cost to you.

 
Mobile Service Requirements
Please ensure there’s a safe, accessible area large enough to open all doors and operate equipment.
We’re fully mobile with onboard water & power, but your vehicle must be parked in a safe, legal location (driveway, parking lot, etc.).
Extreme weather (lightning, freezing temps, or high winds) may require rescheduling.

 
Vehicle Condition & Liability
2X Elite Detailing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects found during or after service.
Customers must remove all personal belongings before service begins.
We are not liable for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

Heavily soiled interiors, pet hair, or biohazards (mold, vomit, blood, etc.) may result in additional fees or refusal of service.

 
Payments
Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise arranged.
We accept cash, card, or approved digital payment methods.
Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes may result in additional fees and loss of booking privileges.

 
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you notice a missed area within 24 hours, contact us right away.
We’ll inspect and correct verified issues at no extra cost.
Refunds are issued only at the discretion of 2X Elite Detailing LLC.

 
Ceramic Coating & Paint Protection
All System X ceramic coatings include proper after-care instructions.
Customers agree to follow recommended care to maintain protection and warranty coverage.

System X warranties are registered directly with System X / Element 119 and Carfax.
2X Elite Detailing acts as a certified installer but does not process warranty claims.

 
Limitation of Liability
2X Elite Detailing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by product failure, weather, or misuse.

 
Agreement
By booking any service, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
