Why Become a Member? / How It Works:
Join the 2X Club and lock in a monthly detail for your vehicle. You choose either 2X Essential or 2X Signature and your vehicle size, and we perform that full detail once every month at a discounted member rate. You save about $20–$30 each visit compared to one-time pricing, your vehicle never gets out of control, and your rate stays protected while you’re a member. Each billing cycle includes one detail for the enrolled vehicle; visits don’t roll over if you skip a month. There is a simple 3-month minimum, then you can cancel anytime before your next billing date.
Priority Scheduling:
Members get first access to our busiest slots, especially weekends and evenings. When the schedule is tight, 2X Club members are booked first before one-time customers.
Loyalty Rewards:
After 3 consecutive months on any 2X Club plan, you unlock member-only freebies like a complimentary Engine Bay Detail, Pet Hair Removal upgrade on one visit, and an Odor Elimination treatment. As long as you stay active, you also qualify for discounted pricing on select add-ons and upgrades.

Membership Terms:
Subscriptions are billed automatically every month on the date of signup. Cancellations require a 5-day notice before the next billing cycle. To unlock Loyalty Rewards (Free Engine Bay, etc.), you must remain an active member for a minimum of 3 consecutive months. Pricing is based on vehicle size selected at checkout; 2X Elite Detailing reserves the right to adjust pricing if the incorrect vehicle size is selected.

What is the 2X Club?
The 2X Club is our monthly maintenance program. You pick either a 2X Essential or 2X Signature plan and your vehicle size, and we perform that full detail once a month at a discounted member rate.
How many details do I get each month?
Each 2X Club plan includes one detail per month for the specific vehicle on that plan. That’s one 2X Essential or one 2X Signature detail every billing cycle, depending on which plan you choose.
Do visits roll over if I skip a month?
No. It’s a use-it-or-lose-it membership. Each billing cycle includes one visit, and unused visits do not roll over to future months.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
There is a simple 3-month minimum. After 3 consecutive billing cycles you can cancel anytime, as long as you let us know before your next billing date.
How does billing work?
Your card is stored securely and billed automatically once per month on your signup date. Your rate is based on the plan and vehicle size you choose when joining the 2X Club.
Can I change plans or vehicle size later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between Essential and Signature or change vehicle size. Your monthly rate will be adjusted to match the correct plan for that vehicle.
Do you come to me or do I come to you?
We are a mobile service. We come to your home or workplace within our service area, as long as there is safe space to work and access to your vehicle.
What if my vehicle is really dirty right now?
If the vehicle is heavily neglected, full of pet hair, or badly stained, your first visit may need to be a one-time reset detail (Essential, Signature, or Rejuvenation) at regular price before it can go onto a monthly maintenance plan.
